My teens turns 13 🎂🎉

As my middle one turned 13 last month, i realised how ruthless time is, as if it is on its own mission and no matter how much one tries, one-cant hold its wings. That is how helpless and fragile we the humans are. Time and place were and are the most powerful entities on planet earth. So Taabeer shah my middle darling was just born yesterday in the beautiful city of Islamabad not knowing that she is going to leave it in approximately 3 years and in a decade’s time she would find it challenging to call it home. So here we are celebrating our princess’ 13th birthday with loads of brainstorming sessions with family. Her birthday has been always special specially the ones we had in Cairo,mostly because we believe in diy stuff and becoming the djs,clowns, princesses and queens of our themed parties ourselves. I love to plan as I totally agree with Robin sharma’s quote “every thing is created twice,first in your mind then in reality”. So i try to create scenes of The upcoming occasions in my mind ( yes,im an over thinking mom) so yes,we planned to go for grey and pink theme but what else??? Hmm, we decided to go for some exclusive boards for her ( thanks to elder sister xeneb and cousin kazim) we made an intro board. 

And a time capsule and finally highlights of the year 2004. 

But wait, that was not all, we also thought of writing some advice letter to our newly turned teens. Since our family and friends are all over places,i had to start early and Alhamdulilah we got all the letters well in time. Im going to share my letter and hubby’s letter in a separate post. We had quite an emotional scene when taabeer started crying while reading dad’s letter. Girls are so adorable, aren’t they 😘 We had some fun games and pictures and oh the food that mommy made for the birthday girl and her friends. Enjoy the pictures.
