Pecan banana bread

Pecan banana bread - so yumm and nutritious. After trying many recipes, i thought of trying my own version and it came out so good. My best so far Alhamduliah. As to why I don’t have a proper picture? Well, my kids didn’t let me take the pictures as it was gone too soon. 

Recipe: Ingredients: 1 cup all purpose flour 1cup old fashioned oats 1 tea spoon baking powder 1 tea spoon baking soda 1 tea spoon salt 3 ripe banana mashed 2 tablespoon milk 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder 1/2 cup butter, room temperature 2 eggs 3/4 cup cocunut palm Sugar Half cup semi sweet chocolate chips. Half cup pecan Method Preheat oven 350 degreeF. Grease the loaf pan. Mix all the dry ingredients in a bowl. Beat butter and sugar in another bowl. Add eggs one at a time and beat well.mashed bananas and mix milk and cinnamon. Add banana mixture to the bowl and finally stir dry ingredients. Lastly add chocolate chips. Pour batter into the pan. Bake it until a toothpick inserted comes out dry. Time may vary. For me it was 30 minutes. Cool it down before serving.
