Now look at these easy recipes:

Tortilla wraps
Ingredients:
Sliced roast beef : one cup
Macaroni sauce : 4 table spoons
Oil: as desired
Onion slices : 1/4
Capsicum slices: 1/4
Olive oil: 1 table spoon
Balsamic vinegar: 2 tablespoon
Cream cheese: just to spread
Sour cream: (optional) just to
spread
Sweet chili sauce: optional just to drizzle
Mexican shredder cheese or cheddar: as desired
Flour tortillas : 4
Method:
Pour oil in the pan. Sauté slices of roast beef with macaroni sauce until done.
In another bowl mix olive oil, balsamic vinegar, onion and capsicum.
Heat tortillas and spread cream cheese and sour cream. Place beef and onion and capsicum. Top it up with cheese and drizzle some sweet chili sauce.
Roll it up and heat. Enjoy :)

Roast beef sandwich
As the name suggests it is very easy and can be prepared quickly if you have roast beef available.
Ingredients:
~ Roast beef shredded ( half cup)!
~Broiche bread/ sandwich bread/ tortilla/ paratha/ pita bread
~ in and out secret sauce*
~ swiss cheese slice ( cheddar would work too)
~ lettuce
Method:
~ Toast the bread and spread the sauce.
~ place lettuce, shredded beef and top it with cheese.
~ serve it hot.
In and out secret sauce
Ingredients
~ 1/2 cup mayonnaise
~ 3 tablespoons ketchup
~ 2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
~ 1 1/2 teaspoons sugar
~ 1 1/2 teaspoons distilled white vinegar
Method:
~ Combine all the ingredients into a bowl and stir.
~ Let cool in a refrigerator


Beef Puff pastry
Ingredients:
Shredded beef: one cup
Oil: 1 tablespoon
Hot sauce: 1 teaspoon
Garlic powder: 1/4 teaspoon
Dried parsley: 1/2 teaspoon
Square puff Pastry sheets: 8
Shredded Cheddar cheese: 1/2 cup
Egg : 1/4 for egg wash only
Method:
Keep the frozen puff pastry on the kitchen counter top and let thaw for a couple of hours.
In a pan, add oil and saute shredded beef. Add parsley, hot sauce or any sauce of your choice.
Take pastry sheet, place shredded beef and cheese and fold the pastry.
Beat the egg in a small bowl.
Dip a pastry brush in the beaten egg and spread over the pastry squares.
Preheat the oven to 400 F.
Place the puff pastry on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Keep on the middle rack in the oven and bake for 20 to 25 minutes or till the puff pastry has turned crispy and golden in colour.

Iftar croissant sandwiches
Recipe:
Ingredients
Shredded beef : 1 cup
Onion, tomatoes, capsicum: julian cut
Cheddar cheese
Oyster sauce: 1 tbl spoon
Garlic salt : 1/4 teaspoon
Oregano: a pinch
Balsamic vinegar : 3 tbl spoon
Olive oil : 1 tbl spoon
Mayonnaise: 3 tbl spoon
Dried Parsley : 1 teaspoon
Parmesan cheese: 1 teaspoon
Method:
Marinate veggies in balsamic and olive oil.
In a pan saute shredded beef, add garlic salt, oregano and oyster sauce. Set aside.
In a bowl mix mayonnaise, Parmesan, oregano and parsley.
Spread on croissant, place beef, veggies and cheddar cheese.
Grill under broiler for 5 minutes.
P:S : you can always skip those ingredients that you don't have or you find these heavy. Simple mayonnaise will work too or plain veggies instead of marinating them. Make use of the ingredients already handy and in your fridge. Enjoy :)
Shuhaira’s phyllo beef pie

There are many ways to make this pie but I must say that I was never that good at making it until I came up with this easy version. Let me admit that when it comes to bread/ pie/ chapati, i am a duffer 😂 But did it stop me from making my food blog? And coming up with my own easier version of those heavy chef style recipes? So, if you think that you are not an expert and can’t really cook well; think again, try and let the inspiration keep motivating you 🤗
So here is my easy peasy beef pie recipe:
Ingredients:
Frozen phyllo pastry : 5 sheets
Roast beef slice: one cup
Onion: 1/4 cup chopped
Garlic: 1 tablespoon freshly chipped
Oil: 2 tablespoon
Macaroni sauce: 2 tablespoon
Bechamel sauce: 3/4 cup
Shredded Mozerella and cheddar cheese: 1/2 cup ( optional)
Butter: 3 tablespoon melted
Method:
Preheat your oven to 250c.
In a pan add oil and onion and garlic. Saute it and add beef.
Let it get nicely browned then add macaroni sauce ( you can add tomato puree or any pasta sauce as well)
Turn the heat off and add béchamel sauce. ( recipe added )
Take an ovenproof dish and grease it with melted butter.
Now, place one pastry sheet and brush melted butter.
Pour beef mixture.
crumple the individual sheets into loose balls and place straight on top of the beef mixture so that it is entirely covered. Drizzle the pastry with butter and egg wash and then bake in the oven for 20 minutes, or until the pastry is browned and crisp.
Bechamel sauce:
Ingredients Butter : 3 tablespoon ( i use less than the original recipe)
White flour : 4 tablespoons
Milk : 500 ml or more.
Garlic powder: 1 tea spoon
Maggi cube or chicken stock.
Method:
In a pan add butter followed by flour. Roast it a bit and then add room temperature or slightly warm milk. Mix well, add stock and garlic. Let it cook until the right consistency. Set aside.
