'life is uncertain, eat the dessert first', i totally believe in the magic of the sweet indulgence. My accute reflux couldnt really help control my cravings. My GP thinks dessert is the root cause of all the evil in my anatomy but i would rather take those ppis (proton pump inhibitor) then shunning the most beautiful part of my existence. so here is one of my very old and very own recipes that i really adore and is still popular in my parties.

Ingredients Whip cream - 500 ml Condensed milk -250 or according to your taste. Mango juice or any juice: half cup Mango chopped- 1 cup Pureed mango- 1 cup
Method:
Whipp the cream until it gets the texture. Add condensed milk as per your taste. Now add chopped and pureed mango and juice. Be careful don't whipp just mix once or twice. Keep it in freezer for 4-6hours.serve chilled..topped with puree.
