who would not love the juicy chicken pops with crunchy noodles? and guess what, it's very easy to make it too. check my super easy recipe below an turn your weak night routine dinner into a treat.

Crunchy chicken noodle salad

Ingredients: Instant noodles : one packet Green salad/ lettuce/ baby spinach Carrots Cucumber frozen chicken pops/ home made tikka chunks Balsamic vinegar : 2tbl sp Vinegar: 1tbl sp Sesame oil: 2tbl sp Honey or brown sugar: as per taste Method: Spread instant noodle( as it is, don't boil it) on baking tray, mix a little soya sauce and cooking oil.I use the one in the pack of noodles. Let it broil in the oven until it turns golden. Take it out and set aside. In another bowl mix all salad dressing ingredients ( you can add any liquid base as italian dressing as well) I prepare frozen ready made chicken pops in air fryer with zero oil you can bake it too. If making boneless tikka, use minimum oil. Take salad bowl first to go is salad leaves/ carrot and cucumber sticks.mix the dressing. Then noodles, Lastly chicken. pour the remaining dressing . Enjoy You can always have more dressing by doubling the quantity. I don't measure it so its like a guess work for me.
