Crunchy Chicken noodle salad

Instant noodles : one packet Green salad/ lettuce/ baby spinach Carrots Cucumber frozen chicken pops/ home made tikka chunks Balsamic vinegar : 2tbl sp Vinegar: 1tbl sp Sesame oil: 2tbl sp Honey or brown sugar: as per taste Method: Spread instant noodle( as it is, don't boil it) on baking tray, mix a little soya sauce and cooking oil.i use the one in the pack of noodles. Let it grill in the oven ( broil) until it turns golden. Take it out and set aside. In another bowl mix all salad dressing ingredients ( you can add any liquid base as Italian dressing as well) I prepare pops in air fryer with zero oil you can bake it too. If making boneless tikka, use minimum oil.

Method:

take salad bowl first to go is salad leaves/ carrot and cucumber sticks.mix the dressing. Then noodles, Lastly chicken. pour the remaining dressing . Enjoy You can always have more dressing by diubling the quantity. I dont measure it so its like a guess work for me.
