School luch can drive any mom crazy. Specially if you are worried about what ingredients go in your child’s lunch box. Like you all, I have been trying hard to bring up interesting school lunches with freshness and nutrition too. Im starting a new series of blogs just for school Lunch ideas. Follow me on Facebook and Instagram and look for the tag #schoollunchideas So hete is the first recipe of the series: Chicken tikka cheese sandwich As the name suggests it is very easy and can be prepared quickly if you have marinated chicken available. Ingredients: ~ bone less chicken leg chunks ( half cup)! ~Broiche bread/ sandwich bread/ tortilla/ paratha/ pita bread ~ in and out secret sauce* ~ swiss cheese slice ( cheddar would work too) ~ lettuce Method: ~ Toast the bread and spread the sauce. ~ place lettuce, chicken chunks and top it with cheese. ~ pack it and wait for the feed back after home time 😋 Chicken: ~Marinate chicken with 2 table spoon shan tikka masala ( available at Indian/ Arabic stores) ~ leave it overnight in refrigerator ~ cook on low flame until tender . In and out sauce Ingredients ~ 1/2 cup mayonnaise ~ 3 tablespoons ketchup ~ 2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish ~ 1 1/2 teaspoons sugar ~ 1 1/2 teaspoons distilled white vinegar Method: ~ Combine all the ingredients into a bowl and stir. ~ Let cool in a refrigerator
