Chicken tortillas

Chicken tortillas Ingredients: Chicken tender 4 pieces Macaroni sauce : 4 table spoons Oil: as desired Onion slices : 1/4 Capsicum slices: 1/4 Olive oil: 1 table spoon Balsamic vinegar: 2 tablespoon Cream cheese: just to spread Sour cream: (optional) just to spread Sweet chili sauce: optional just to drizzle Mexican shredder cheese or cheddar: as desired Flour tortillas Method: Pour oil in the pan. Sauté chicken tender with macaroni sauce until done. In another bowl mix olive oil, balsamic vinegar, onion and capsicum. Heat tortillas and spread cream cheese and sour cream. Place chicken chunks and onion and capsicum. Top it up with cheese and drizzle some sweet chili sauce. Roll it up and heat. Enjoy :) P:S: the only Mexican ingredient in this dish is tortilla and cheese rest everything is what was available in my pantry so no, it doesn’t belong to any cuisine 😂
