Behari kebab Hawaiian rolls

After spending a decade in Middle east , our south Asian taste buds have been modified 😀 That’s the reason you will find my desi recipes with a twist. My kids don’t like spicy food yet they love desi delicasies. I have no option but to bring down the spice level by innovating a twist. This recips has tzatziki sauce to balance the spice of behari kebab.
Ingredients :
Hawaiian rolls: one loaf
Behari kebab: 1/2 pound cooked
Mayonnaise: 2 tablespoons
Tzatziki sauce : 2 tablespoons
Plum chutney: 2 tablespoons
Sliced onion : 1/4 cup

Spread mayonnaise and kebab.

Sprinkle salt on onion and leave for 5 minutes. Now wash and spread on the top.

Tzatziki sauce and plum chutney to go next.

Cover it and brush the top with garlic butter. Broil in oven for 2 minutes or until brown.
