Boneless chicken

Sheesh Tawook is one of the Egyptian gifts to my cooking. when we moved to Cairo in 2007, i probably had never heard of it and its juicy taste. as soon as i saw it placed on the shelves in the meat section of Hyper one, my favorite super market , i could not resist trying it for a boneless recipe instead of breast and the result was delicious. Sheesh tawok is chicken thighs meat and is very different from the breast fillets. It can be used for desi recipes specially chicken boti, chicken ginger, even haleem. but beware of the fatty content as its the fattiest part of chicken. i invest good time in cleaning the fat but trust me it's worth it.

Ingredients :

Sheesh tawook ( chicken boneless thighs): One kg

Shaan chicken tikka masala: half packet

Lemon : 2 lemon's juice

charcoal to smoke : 2 pieces

Method:

Clean boneless thighs ( its fatty meat) big pieces marinate with tikka masla and lemon ( over night ) grilled or cooked, smoked. serve on vermicelli noodles ( boiled and stir frie can Garnish with grilled almondand enjoy :)
