Singaporian Rice

Before I even start with the ingredients, let me admit this is a pure Pakistani dish and why they call it singaporian is a question 😂  

But if you are born and raised in Pakistan then it might be one of your favorite dishes. 

Here is the easy recipe:

Recipe :

A:Egg fried rice Ingredients 1 cup rice Carrot, capsicum, green onion all chopped Eggs :1 Chinese salt: 1/2 teaspoon Vinegar : 1 teaspoon Light Soya sauce : 1 teaspoon

Method: Boil rice in your way, i do it in rice cooker with 1 tablespoon oil and a little salt. Spread hot rice on tray or any dish until they come down to room temperature. In a wok, fry vegetables with little oil, add egg and keep stirring it.add salt at this stage. Now add rice in small batches, try not to mix it with spoon rather shake the woke for professional look. Add vinegar, soya sauce and white/ black pepper as desired. Or

Just use white rice, they are equally good and comparatively easy and leas messy. B: Chicken: Ingredients : Chicken breast :2 cut first in thin slice and then almond shape or square as you like. Brown sugar: 1 tablespoon

Garlic ginger paste: 1 table spoon  Salt:1 teaspoon Cornflour: 2 tablespoon Oil:1 tablespoon Chili garlic sauce: 2 table spoon Soya sauce : 1 table spoon Vinegar :2 table apoon Ketchup: 1/4 cup Red chili flakes: 1 table spoon Corn flour :as desired Crushed ginger: 1/2 tablespoon Method: Marinate chicken with salt,sugar, corn flour, oil. Let it sit for 10 minutes. Then add a little egg. At this stage you have both healthy and non healthy optipns. You can deep fry this chicken or stir fry in wok with minimum oil. Once it's fried or stir fried, add crushed ginger and chili garlic sauce. In a seperate bowl, mix ketchup, vinegar, soya sauce, chili flakes. Add this mixture to chicken with some water or if you have chicken stock( optional). Bring the right consistency by adding cornflour. Taste it for any additions that you may like to make on your own.

C: Noodles: Just boil the noodles and stir fry with vegetables of your choice. Add soya sauce, chili garlic sauce, vinegar, salt and a little Chinese salt. I usually avoid chinese salt because of its high content of msg but its up to you.

Mayo sauce:

Mayonnaise: 1/2 cup

Ketchup: 1/4 cup

Salt and pepper as desired

Just mix it and pour over the top.  Ok, now layer 3 of them as you like and serve.
